I am Pradeep ad have submitted my Karbonn Mach Five mobile for repair on Karbonn authorized service center on 15th May 2016. Service centre asked me to give Rs 3000/- as advance which I gave. After two weeks, service centre retuned back mobile without getting it repaired and told me to take refund in two days. Time since I am following up for my money back by going to showroom multiple time and calling many a times. Now they are not even picking my phone. Its already 45+ days I am following up.
