LENOVO - Service centre didnt repair even after 1 month -no response from Lenovo

I have brought Lenovo Vibe P1 Smart phone, through Flipkart on 11.11.2015.
The details are as follows: (Invoice Enclosed)

Amount paid: 15999/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Nine only)
After Five months of usage my mobile display was getting yellowish, Battery was taking 15 hours to Charge (but the company claimed this series of mobile as rocket fast charging). In addition to this I faced mobile heating issues.
After undergoing the above mentioned issues I approached the authorized service Centre (Samrudhi Infocom Services-Mysore) on 27/04/2016. (Job Sheet 1Enclosed) As my mobile is under warranty period I gave my mobile clearly mentioning the issues faced by me.
On 03/05/2016 I got call that my mobile was ready and I can collect it. While collecting the mobile I enquired whether all my issues were resolved. They replied yes Display has been changed and battery is getting charged. When I checked my mobile in the evening after returning home I faced the same issue, my mobile took 15 hours to get fully charged and no service was done regarding the battery.
0n 04/05/2016 I again took my mobile to the service Centre and said that my issue has not been resolved. They said they have to check my mobile (Job Sheet 2 enclosed )and after two days when I called them they said my mother board and battery has malfunctioned and said to me to wait until it is resolved.
Still my mobile has not been repaired. Each time I call the service Centre they say your battery has not been received.
Steps taken by me in this regard and the response from Lenovo and service center
1.I have mailed to Lenovo several times (May 9, 11, 13, 28, 30 & 31) to services_ed@lenovo.com , Lencare@lenovo.com, Smartphonets@lenovo.com and called to Customer service several times . Initially I asked for replacement as within 5 months there was need for replacement of Display, Mother Board & Battery. But I received replay that Company policy support only within replacement within 7 days and only service after that. For every mail I would receive only automated reply message
“Thank you for sharing the information and would request you to be assured that we shall get back to you with all the possible workarounds to resolve your issue at the earliest. We also request your patience and cooperation in this regard as we have to get in touch with all the relevant departments involved.” Or
“We sincerely regret the inconveniences caused. We would like to update you that we are immensely working on this case with the part team for the ETA of the part, we shall continue to follow up and keep you posted on the closure timeline. Request your co-operation with us in this regard.”
2. Whenever (Several Times), I contacted the Service Centre they said they are waiting for the battery to and they have not received. When contacted customer they gave me the head of the service for Karnataka –Mr.Sathasivam mobile number 9066671865. He asked about the online job sheet number. When I request for the online job sheet number to the service Centre. They response will call you in 5 minutes and I called tmey 15 times finally after saying Mr.Sathasivam name they gave my job sheet number MAILO1600471. Even he said he will look into the issue and has not responded.
After seeing the details, from my Online Job Sheet no I came to know that they have registered my request online 07.05.2016 but my mobile was given to service Centre on 04.05.2016.
3. Moreover the response of the service center is not good and when asked about details they inform that will call back in 5 minutes but never respond, when met Manager of the service Centre about 2 week ago he informed that he assured that he will arrange it within one week but he didn’t respond after that.
As on 13.06.2016 still I have not received my mobile and I am undergoing great mental agony. Kindly help me in this regard and the same negligence should not happen to others. I have wasted my money in trying to contact them, Lenovo after so much didn’t contact me explaining what’s going on and even the service Centre. I need Justice in this regard, as a customer I feel betrayed. Kindly help me
