job sheet number:-*S010113-0216-21823769* DATED 09-02-2016 HANDED OVER TO M/S S3 COMMUNICATIONS NO76/11-1, 1ST FLOOR, JAYANAGR 3RD BLOCK, ELEPHANT ROCK ROAD, OFF RR GOLD PALACE, BANGALORE, KARNATAKA 560011 PH 08041204141 My mobile was given for service on 9th of February 2016 due to faulty screen and was submitted to micromax service centre in jayanagar bangalore and was told that the mobile would be dispatched to head office in Delhi and repairs would happen and dispatched on 25 day from the date of service, Its been more than 25 days now and when i call customer care they say that we require more time to dispatch the mobile from past 15 days when I daily call them they give the same response that the product is not yet ready for dispatch.I have spoken to many of their executives and all give the same computer feeded excuse I want a compensation of Rs 35000 from the company for their wrong commitment because of which i had lot of problems during that 1 month it has affected my work a lot as I cannot contact any one because I don''t have any spare device to use because of which no one can be contacted .
