Long Delay in Handset Service withing warranty #Micromax Canvas 6 Pro E

After buying of 1 month of this mobile It got Switched off suddenly and was not getting switch on again.
I took this phone to Micromx Care on 29 June 2016 in Bangalore M/S Carepoint, Shop No 4, Royal Corner, Lalbhag Road Near Richmond Circle,

Girl I spoke at Center told me that It will get repaired in max 7 to 10 days. Later I got call from service center and person I spoke told me that It will take one month as they need to replace mother board. Regarding the same I spoke to Customer Care person Rehman Ref # MMX2906165018545 and Paramdeep Ref # MMX2906165019086 and explained the issue to both the people.
Rehman disconnected the call without addressing the issue and in my second call Paramdeep told that it should not take more than 21 days.
I called multiple times to customer care of Micromax and Service center but they are giving the same answer that It will take 21 days. # MMX2906165018545 - Simran Dated 22/7/2016
My Questions :
1. How Many days it will take to get my phone back.
2. How can a new phone have such serious problem that it will take 21 days to repair.
3. What shall I do now and I bought handset for my convenience and now I did't have even a handset.
4. What alternate Micromax arranging for me in time being else give me money back with compensation or give a new replacement or rectify the my hand in Max 3 days and return to me.
Waiting for your answer very specific to my questions.
