My name is Rahul. I have booked ticket from Asn to Njp on 20-may-2019 with the journey date as 25-jun-2019 for 06336 /Guwahtai express in third AC class.
The train was late for more than 13hrs in my boarding stn.
So I filled the tdr from the irctc app against PNR Number 4158958520 with reason Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.
And I got amazed that my tdr been repudiated by system .
This is really unfair for us that when a train is delayed more than 13 hours and I had not travelled then how come Indian Railways can reject my claim for the refund.
I hope you reply soon and please after reading all my case provide me the refund of Rs.2170.98/-

Why my TDR repudiated by Neha:
On 6th september,2023 there was my booking vide PNR 6853376704 in avadh asaam but my train was late more than 4 hours so I filed TDR against it and didn't travel. . but now its showing the status CR repudiated. ... I m literally shocked on the railway system. Hopefully u will consider it and will make my refund of ticket booking.
