complaint to the railway for Painful 1st AC train journey

My complaint to the railway complaint portal is W/CR/BB/000124344, on 10th May. On the 23rd of May, I got a mail and SMS reply saying that the complaint has been attended to and is now closed.
But, there has been no refund till date, for the painful and bad journey, from I am still in pain.
I seek justice, I want to be refunded my 1st class rail fare.
I travel almost twice a year by rail, and till now my journeys have been good.
I got tickets for Howrah Mumbai Duranto in the 3 AC, (from Howrah), whilst going.
My return tickets were on the LTT Express (Jayneswari) from Mumbai LTT to Howrah by AC 1.

I was thrilled because I had never traveled by 1 AC, and I thought this was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the return trip home.
Well, all said and done,
We did take the return journey from Mumbai LTT to Howrah.

Our seats were H 1, 1 AC, Cabin A.
Well the train left right on time, so far so good.
There was no water or anything to welcome us on board.
Still never mind.
But after our dinner which our friends had packed for us, we are thankful that at least we could have one proper meal.
we retired for the night.
I was surprised to see baby pillows, the blankets were worse than heavily used ones in the Duronto.
But as I lay, I was being continuously being thrown up and down as if on a jumping board.
I thought may be the tracks were bad, but I had traveled on the very tracks just six days ago, and on the lower berth itself.
I tried to look at the senior couple who were sharing the cabin with us . It was as if someone was playing ping pong balls on a Table tennis bat, bouncing us continuously.
My young daughter was on the upper berth, she said mom I cant sleep the train is jerking so much, let me come down.
We spent the nights sitting and trying to half recline on the lower berth; it was as if we were traveling in Gitanjali on the topmost berth of SL, where the jerking is great. !!
Are there no buffers or any cushions for the jerking, in a AC Coach and that too in First Class.
I have never traveled in such a bumpy AC coach by train.
I want to know, is this the quality of service the railways is offering for 1st class passengers?
I have never felt any such bouncing in the Duronto or 2 AC or 3 AC of Gitanjali or Howrah Mail, Rajdhani or Purva. Is this a speciality of Jyaneswari 1 AC?
Shame Shame.
I had to continuously ask myself if we were in the right compartment and that we were traveling by 1 AC and not SL class.
There were no drinking water bottles available and the food was horrible, a half cooked rice, mish mash vegetables, food not properly served on a tray, no spoons, napkins or water.
I finally had to ask the attendant to buy us some water from the next station.
The only saving grace in this coach was the cleaning.
The result of this travel has given me a severe backache till today and severe stomach cramps. My daughter is also suffering from back ache.
Somebody in the train advised me, your seats are on the wheels may be you could change your seat, since you have a long way to go. Ha Ha, so much for giving up air travel, paying air fare charges and traveling 3rd class.
This journey has taught me a lesson, never ever to travel by 1 AC in such trains, and I shall definitely encourage my parents to travel by air instead of 1 AC or by 2 AC or 3 AC by other trains and not by LTT express.
I just want an answer from the railways, is this quality of service and train offered for
1st AC travel.
I not only refuse to ever travel by the 1 AC, but I also demand a refund of my fare for the punitive journey, and I want a reply to this letter from the minister himself.
