ERS wrong ticket, have book a ticket from IRCTC Rail Connect app

I have book a ticket from IRCTC Rail Connect app (through my wife (namely Chanchila Kumari) User ID) on 16 July, 2017 through Mobile and PNR No. 6703857311. After completion of bank transaction, a option show in Mobile to Save Ticket, accordingly i have saved. As per schedule date (i.e. 28 October, 2017) i have started my journey and in the train at Dumri Halt station the on duty TTE (in S1)came and asked for ticket. I have shown the saved data (ERS ticket), but the TTE inform that PNR Number of my ticket not available in his chart. He check the above PNR in his own mobile and shown that the Boarding date of my PNR is on 29 October, 2017. And he instructed to board down from the train or submit the fine with ticket. Hearing this i got mentally disturbed and confused that in the midiest of night and in unknown place what to do, but he did not heard my plead and i was forced to board down from the train at Dumri Halt station. Being the citizen of India plead before your end to lodge my complain and issue necessary instructions to IRCTC, so that i can get the right compensation for the harrasment i have face during my journey.
