My car which is on the name of my elder brother Sandeep Punia(Renault Duster) insured by Renault Rohtak(Haryana) dealership under Renault assured with hdfcergo ergo having policy no. 2311201669111301001 was accidented on 27-10-2018 and on 2-11-2018 the claim no C230018256105 was intimated and they appointed a surveyor named Jasbeer Jangra who is a courppect man. He wanted money which I refused to give. They he and the body shop manager(they are like partners in crime) of assem auto(Rohtak Renault dealership) started to harassing me they didn't sumit my alloy Rim DTR(detailed technical report) which was not so important but surveyor don't want to process my claim without bribe. I tried every possible way than after so many mails phone calls social media accounts after 20 days he submitted my documents to hdfcergo insurance. I don't know what he filled in his reports and what he hided. Till 25-11-2018 my claim status was under process on 26-11-2018 it was vehicle is under repair and on 27-10-2018 is was claim file got closed. I wanted to tell all that this surveyor is doing all this. I knew it would be going to happen because he said like do what you can.After one one they canceled my claim. Please help me :-Amit Punia
