I am from Nepal and in need of appointment with Dr.Anandabrata Bose (ENT) I emailed to hospital Neotia getwel health care centre at their email address in website at write tous.slg@healthcare.com Debashrita Bhuyan ( Mobile no.9874892400) replied me from the same email address and asked me to phone her for fixing the appointment date and when I phoned her on 17th June 2018 she fixed an appointment for my patient for 21st June 2018 and as per the appointment date fixed after reaching the hospital when my patient queried about the fixed appointment it was found that no entry for appointment has been made and when phoned to Debashrita Bhuyan she once received the phone and knowing that after that she switched off her mobile.My patient showed the email made by her to the hospital counter but no response was taken saying that she belongs to the marketing department of the hospital and they can do nothing.I want to know if she does not have such authority why is she using the hospitals email address and cheating people like us.

I would like to thank Madam Debashrita Bhuyan for giving unnecessary harassments and showing her humanity. I may forgive her but God will never.
I am sure that as a media person you may atleast help me by asking Debashrita Bhuyan why has she done such behavior ?
