I have Airtel connection (Relationship No: 1027664991, Mobile No. 9810493133 ). The Airtel Company Insured my Mobile Handset by The New India Assurance Comply Ltd. (Certificate No.: 1002907367, Master Policy Number: 99000046172480000008 ) on 16/05/2018 till 15/05/2019 for Accidental damage / Liquid damage. The sum Insured Rs. 12000.
On 01.01.2019, my handset got slipped and come in contact with liquid. I raised claim to Airtel Secure by uploading all the related documents on the same day i.e. 01.01.2019 (Service Request No. 3845716). On 07.01.2019 I got mail from airtelsecure@airtel.oneassist.in stating the reason of “Improper Handling”. It is very unfortunate that under this reason the company is deceiving me as a customer.
I request you to look into the matter and get my claim passed so that I may have proper service of the Insurance Plan.
