i am having a vodafone number which i am using from last more than one year & i am paying there annoying bills too, its not the first time they have screwed my personal & professional life but have made me lost my temper & be in depression too.
being as such reputed company they have never gave a good network because of which i was unable to keep my personal life healthy
i tweeted them & complained about the same many times to customer care, but just the words have been given no action was there.
i somehow managed & ignored this , but this time they have done something annoying.
i had some due of 2 months & their executive called up & told them that i will pay that on friday (n i spoke to them on 20th of this month & told will pay by 23) but even after having words on same & knowing that i am on travel they de-activated my phone without informing me (via Call Or msg) they used to call me for the annoying bill everytime but they couldn't have courtesy to inform me over call or over sms.
the phone is deactivated from last 1 week & i tried to reach them from my mother's phone, & i sorted out the issue & agreed to pay the waived amount but the Executive of them has treated me as if i have borrowed the money from him & yelled on me so as i because its been one week the phone is not working, i lost my so many contacts & was in very needy situation of phone which i sorted by asking some strangers phones.
i had a loss in family, travel , lot of out of station phone calls to be made daily basis for work & plus my personal life everything hampered because the customer's life is not at all important for them , what matters is only money.
I dont want to pay this amount because they have screwed my time, business & Family life
