Motorola smart phone purchased from Paytm not under warranty by Motorola

Good Evening

I have purchased a brand new Motorola Turbo G from PAYTM on 11.01.2017.I am urgently needing repair of my mobile. First I tried to contact PAYTM or their parent/promoter company (i.e. One97 Communication Ltd) on their toll-free number 9643979797 but its not working, after this I tried to mail them but that was not functional.I am trying to contact them since one week but I am not able to contact PAYTM or their parent/promoter company (i.e. One97 Communication Ltd)either

Lastly, motorolaI coMotorola I was shocked to know that they don't give any warranty for Motorola smart phone purchased from PAYTM.I requested them to consider my case but they refused to say that they cover only for Flipkart and amazon.

Sir/mam, plz advice me what should I do?

As a consumer, i m feeling like being cheated,and paytm/One97 Communication Ltd violating my consumer rights.

plz look into this matter and help me ASAP,it wud be a great help for thousand of victim like me.
