Rude behaviour with customer and demanding money

I have booked an homestay at Tirupati through booking.com, i got their number and i requested for early check-in , later he didnt confirm and then got message from them about check-in process and all , but the address and property are different,then i questioned but no proper reply and sent me other property, still not the same , later he started saying location will be different ,”if you want take it or else cancel”, then started questioning me how you know it is wrong location, later he replied its not possible for early check-in , pay advance if you want to block the property (i have already booking confirmation),i said this not the way talk to customer being so rude , so i said if i had to cancel the booking , i will post this in the review because thats my right, then he was like “ U r coming for darshan.. better be in limits.. coming to review.. go n do whatever u can.. u think we r fools sitting here n doing business.. idiot..play this threatening game at home ..”” and blocked me
I hope this get solved because they are none to treat me like this and being rude
