I would like to draw the attention of the authorities towards MAX Hospital Fraud, I TusharGupta visited Max Hospital on 25 May 2024 for cist Treatment for my wife Mrs Kirti Gupta & met Dr. SUMAN LAL & Mr Gaurav (Coordinator) They Suggest me & Assure me that I ll get complete Treatment with my Heath Insurance Police while I also told them I don’t have single penny to pay regarding this if this wont cover in Policy. After that they assured me Twice-Thrice that don’t you worry and leave everything on us, Mr Gaurav will handle everything as Dr Suman Lal told me. Mr Gaurav filed this case in Hospital and proceed this to Insurance Department & also Gave us 1,80000.00 Rs Pre Approval. After this They Gave Appointment for Surgery and with this given believe and assurance we went Hospital on 14th June 2024 and got Treatment. On 16th June Hospital told me you Got Rejection from Your Policy and Pay 3,50,000Rs. I was Totally Shocked. When I tried to Coordinate with Mr Gaurav he started MisBehave said “ Ye Ab Tum Dekho, Humein Kuchh Nahi Pata, Jahan Marzi Complaint karo, Hum nahi darte, Na hi Patient to Jaane denge” with this totally changed Behaviour I was totally Shocked & Depressed.
Then we Met Duty Manager Mr Jaivender, He also repeat those Harsh Words “ Paisa Jama Krao or Niklo, Humein Koi Lena Dena Nahi Tumhari Policy se” then I dialled 111 and Officers came and Drop us Sec 29 Police Station at 16 June 2024 08:45PM, Mr Gurmehar (IO) didn’t filed FIR against this but gave us “Shikayat Prapti Raseed” and suggest us to Pay Total Bill and Go to Consumer Court.
Now , I Tushar Gupta want to File Case against MAX Hospital Sushant Lok, Gurgaon, (Chairman of Max Health Care) Mr. Abhay Soi, Dr Suman Lal, Mr Gaurav for Harassing, Misguiding, cheating us, We Don’t have Money to Pay, I came for Treatment after your 1000% Guarantee & Assurance for Coverage this in Policy, I was completely not prepared for this to pay it by myself otherwise I go to Govt. Hospital.
Please Take Strict action regard this, and make my Patient Discharge asap, with this hope I am writing to you.
