I had taken appointment for Dr Mathew Alexander on 24-04-18 for the date 20-07-18 against a fee of Rs 750/- . After reaching Vellore from Kolkata doing expense of Rs. 5000/- (approx) as train fare and fooding and Rs. 3000/- more as lodging. After reaching hospital on the said date, the hospital authority informed us that Dr. Mathew Alexander will not see patient for 1st time, some junior Dr or register will first checkup the patient and then I have to take another appointment with Rs 750/-again. Upon requsting they told that it is their normal practice. If so, it could had been informed in the website, during online appointment, and my would have also not take this appointment.
I as a total , there will a expense of rs. 15000/- for (to fro train fair and lodging and fooding). Seems CMC is doing great business by cheating with poor patients. Hospital authority, dosent want to listen any thing. Where should we go ? Who will inform them, and who will return my money and time ??
