Sir..I was blessed with a baby girl on 26th July 2020 in Sawstik Hospital, Bhadurgarh with reg no. BA20206901420381N00266. In birth notification, at their own they have given wrong address which is creating problem in issuance of correct birth certificate of my daughter. It is more than four month, still i m not able to get correct birth certificate due to mere negligance by hospital staff.Further when i requested the staff for same correction in birth notification...they are simply ignoring us nd not giving proper solution. Being a defence personal, i m getting pressure from authority for entry in my record of my daughter's birth...which is not possible without birth certificate. From Swastik Hospital... i m being harassed mentally as well as physically.It is my humble request that do some needful in this regard.
