I have faced harassment and ridiculous behavior at your dealership in this concern.
I handed over my car to true value over 2 years back in april 2016, since then I do not have a copy of the RC provided to me. Also, they have RC has not been transferred to the buyers, and the RTO has not been notified of the transfer. This is both a compliance issue and negligence of duty by the concerned officials let alone ridicule and harassment of the customer. Also, they have been notified of this over 5 times in the past 3 months. Especially Mr. Satish Kotia and the Sales Manager at the particular dealership along with TrueValue representative Mr Kunal were repeatedly notified of this issue.
