They kept our money more than 1.5 month and on journey date they cancelled the tkt without any prior Information.we are not able to travel because there is a festival season and we made bus tkt before to avoid these problem but we faced more than expected.we are totally sure that we will travel and we never think for any other option like tatkal train reservation and at the time of journey they cancelled,even we asked for return tkt they confirm return tkt and again on travel date they denied to provide services.we are not able to explain how we faced inconvenience,we was just roaming here and there and not able to think what to do.
I request to shut these types of service provide.
I would like to claim 100x of money what we paid to them.
