Sir

I am a customer of your bank, having accounts in your Nadakkave branch, kozhikode, kerala state for the past 10 years. During this period I have interactions with many Manager (including senior level) and always got very good service and behavior.

But regret to inform that a day back when I went to the branch to inquire some details of account I found the behavior of Officer (i think deputy manager) lady I think Ragini quite rude and ill mannered. Later for the same reason when I went to meet the Manager Mr.Srijith, he also showed similar attitude. He tried to teach my methods to prosecute.

Sir, I am Senior Legal and Management Consultant attached having association with NGO with Niti Aayog. So if not much, at least expect basic courtesy as a customer from your Manager Mr.Sreejith and Staff. To be frank, I have made up my mind to close all my accounts with the bank, along with my relatives, friends from SBI nadakave due to their behavior.

These officers really need attitudinal training and if your bank will continue with them many others will also close account.

Hope you will look into this matter and do the needful.
