Edge women fittness refund after shutdown of rnch

i had a membership of above mentioned edge fittness that icluded a package of 6 moth plus 2 months for inr 8000 , however the gym shut down before the end of said time elapsed with approximately 2 months of package remaining , the gym is saying that they will refund the money only for the 6 months and not for the extra 2 months they had agreed upon at the time of purchase of the memership
