I have been working out from some years now. I live in Bangalore now and had come home town (Gwalior) for some days. I thought of joining gym. As i wanted to join only for 10 days, i registered at AD fitness studio immediately. First day when I went, I asked trainer to give me equipment as I just wanted to do floor exercises for first day. He gave me a stepper but it was looking strange so i asked if this complete or if they have a bigger stepper, he said no they just have that. While working out i slipped and injured by wrist, he immediately came and said to put stands in stepper, I asked why did you not give earlier, he said i never asked. the first thing I asked before working out is a proper stepper. After 5-6 hours when my left hand stopped moving I got it checked and all my wrist bones were displaced, i got a cast for 10 days. This resulted in me not able work from home for this week, plus the gym is not ready to refund.
All other machines were working, but very low quality. I want to request for better gym facilities in the city, otherwise people will meet such injuries and stop going to gym and the city will never develop.
I am losing a pay day of Rs 5000 each day for 5 days, this is because the poor gym quality and management.
