This is aditi sood from bank of baroda,phase 9 mohali, punjab branch.i joined ozi gym at phase 9 on 31st july and made payment of rs.9000/-(for 5 months(4+1) membership) in cash on that day itself. i was given the receipt and on the receipt it was mentioned that my menmbership will start from 25th august.on inquiring, the gym person told me that they will adjust 1 month free membership( which was included in offer) in this way and membership card will get to issue after 10 days.

but unfortunately, in meantime,i fell ill and suffered massive backpain. the doctors recommended me bed rest for some days and thereafter to join light duty.
I made to the gym for only 5-7 days.i informed at the gym that i am not able to do the gym further ,so kindly refund my money. they kept on holding up the matter. Everyday they kept on telling me that they are taking up the matter with higher authorities of gym.

Its been 10-15 days i am continuously calling for refund, i had several talks with Mr.surendra thakral at gym, he also assured me to do the needful. then he gave me GM's no. Mr. Anil Prashar, i had also talks with him, he also assured to do the best. he offered me to extend the membership for 2 months. but it is not possible for me to join gym in nearby future due to medical problems.

I have been mentally stressed due to this for nearly 15 days. i know there is no policy of refund and even at time of joining i didnt thought of having medical problem in future. but i made humble request to refund my amount as i am not so capable of paying hard earned money 9000/- only for 5-7 days. i told them that i can provide medical certificates in case they need them.

kindly help me in the matter as i cant suffer more harassment from institution .

    I am waiting in the gym, I don't have any data, I don't have any pass or the money is taken in cash, the system is working, then I am not given a bill or they are saying that now I don't want to pay, I am not going to go, I have to wait at the reception to get the money. If you complain to the police then you will harass the girls, this whole gym will be closed, it will not be rented, it will not be rented, the treadmill will not be running, the washroom will be closed, this gym will be closed without payment, you will be surprised.
