I submitted application at Kavi nagar branch requesting change of names in the house R-14/22, raj Nagar, ghaziabad, on death of my wife shashi Gupta. I applied for changing names to myself Vinod Kumar Gupta and son Shalabh Gupta on march 22, 2017.
mutation fee of rs. 1000/- deposited and receipt no. is KN2F.0322101719050. Reg. no. N7394.
I have not received name change notification as such.
I enclosed all the relevant documents and shall submit more if that is the reason for delay. i have no communication.
