Complaint against TMt Bus no 61. Buses usually gets cancelled without any reasons

We have noticed that bus no 61 - Haware Citi. Mostly the buses gets cancelled - 8:40, 10:20 or sometime 10:45.. they have to cancel some or other buses. Then whats the point increasing the frequency. People are facing inconvenience and they are least bother. We have seen the buses are standing in queue like 3-4 but still it gets cancelled.

In Thane, the buses services are not like Mumbai which is very frequent and on time despite of traffics. Here, the buses are on interval of half an hour so ideally, they should not cancel the buses atleast in morning times. I e 9am to 11am.
People who are only dependent on bus services are facing inconvenient.
Hope the strict action will be taken against this and cancellation would be completely prohibited during morning times. Infact request you to increase the buses frequency in 15 mins interval.
