HELLO.
MY SISTER HAD SENT A BROWN ENVELOPE FROM GOA (VERNA) ON THE 29.08.2018 WITH VERY IMPORTANT DOCS IN THEM , IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TILL DATE.
I HAVE CALLED GOA OFFICE AND SPOKE TO IMRAN , YASHODA (PANJIM BRANCH) THEY SAID THEY WOULD TRACE IT BUT THEY NEVER CALL BACK , SO FAR I HAVE WASTED RS 100 IN CALLING THEM AND HOLDING THE LINE. I CALLED PUNE (DELIVERY DESTINATION) MR. SALUNKHE HE TOO SAID HE WILL TRACE IT BUT HE NEVER CALLED BACK , THE DELIVERY GUY IS MR TILEKAR WHOSE PHONE IS OUT OF SERVICE. I DID SPEAK TO HIM , HE SAID HE HAD COME TO MY ADDRESS(SASANE NAGAR , HADAPSAR PUNE) BUT WE WERE AT WORK THATS WHY WE COULD NOT RECEIVE IT , HE DID NOT BOTHER TO CALL US WITH THREE MOBILE NUMBER WRITEN ON THE ENVELOPE. THSI SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING, CANCEL THEIR LICENSES. I WANT MY PARCEL DELIVERED ON SATURDAY (8.9.2018) ANY COST ELSE THIS WILL COMPANY WILL FACE CONSEQUENCES.
