Trackon Courier - The material not delivered in proper time

I would like to inform you that I booked some sample Article from your Surat Branch dated: 11th September`17 vide Track no: 2314107817 to send to the Principal, Govt College of Engineering, P.O. Serampore, Dist : Hoogly, West Bengal. The charge was very high i.e.Rs.240/-.
1. During booking it was told that the material will reach at destination within a day or two i.e. within 13th Sept 17 surely.
2. I saw that in the receipt there was no telephone number of Booking office i.e. Surat. But there are two telephone numbers of Ahmedabad is given!!!
3. On 11th Sept itself I tried to contact Ahmedabad office as per the telephone number given on the receipt but it was found out of order!!! What a foolish business!!
4. Then from the internet I got the numbers of Ahmedabad branch i.e. 079 – 40242100/101/102/103. After continuous dialling, the concerned lady told that the Materials had been despatched from Surat. She said “Mereko malum nahin ye Kolkatta kob reach korega”
5. The Tracking system was not working and I asked her “Why we are unable to truck?”, She told “Technical Problem hai”.
6. On 12th Sept `17, I contact Kolkata Office. There is only and one number in Kolkata i.e. 8334043012 and it is very much difficult to get the line. Your Kolkata office washed out their hands just by telling “We have not received it. Soon we will receive we will deliver”. They are very much lazy people. They should have search and told me about the location!! (As per the tracking, the material reached Kolkata APO -Hub dated 13th Sept at 12.52 hours)
7. On 14th Sept `17, I reached College at 11 AM and stayed there up to 4 PM but the material was not reached. I contact my friend at Surat who booked the Article to talk to Surat branch. He sent a contact number from Surat to contact Hoogly Office. I talked to Hoogly office at about 11.45 am on 14th Sept `17 and they said, the Article was not yet reached to them!!!
8. I left the college at 4pm and the purpose was not served despite paying so much money!! Nonsense!!
9. I don`t know when it was delivered to the College or don`t know whether at all it was delivered!!
10. I tried to contact your numbers i.e.011-45593500 and 46869200 but they were coming continuous engaged!! Another ridiculous system!!
My observations are:
1. In your Organisation, there is no Management, no customer services, your people are lazy and non-cooperative.
2. Why the tracking system was not functioning?
3. Where there are only one contact number? You keep it purposely engaged so that the customers must not disturb you!!
4. It could have deliver very easily to the college on or before 13th Sept, but because of the mismanagement, it could not have done.
5. Hence onwards, please do not false assure to customer that it will be delivered just tomorrow or day after tomorrow. DTDC Just delivered article from Kolkata to Mumbai just next day.
6. Hence, I request you to refund Rs.240/- to the customer who booked from Surat as an ethical business. (I am sure, you will not refund and will keep quiet, nor will enquire about the delay in transaction!!)
7. The booking was done by Reliance Industries, Surat and I have told them not to book anything in that “Faltu” organisation.
I am just ending my letter hoping that you will improve your services, train your people and will refund the money to the customer. Please recover the amount from the concerned people who are at fault!
