I couriered one parcel to banglore Cn no is P39571187. After 3 weeks they called me that mobile no given on parcel was wrong so we didnt courier it. I called on the same number and showed the dtdc guy that the number is correct. Its there fault they didnt courier my parcel correctly. Now they are asking me to pay more 350 rs to parcel it again. As it is dtdc fault they should courier it correctly. I am trying to connect the dtdc customer care from past 2 weeks, But no one is answering the call. Very bad treatment from dtdc office phule nagar, pune. when i visited the phule nagar dtdc office They waited me for 1 hr in their office and after that they told me they dont have any contact number to ask dtdc . The main thing is its dtdc office and they dont have contact no related to dtdc services, BIG JOKE right!!!!.
