Late delivery and Fake allegations against customer about wrong addrres

I submitted my parcel to shree maruti courier services on 28th August 2023 from Nashik so that my courier reaches at Surat by 30th August 2023.
As the destination where courier was supposed to reach there Shree maruti courier services were not available hence they sent the parcel to shree Mahavir courier.
Later it was told that the place where we want to send the courier is out of their area hence they can send only till Dindoli Surat and the customer would pick the courier form the same place personally, we as well agreed upon it but later on 29th as well as on 30th the day when it should atleast reach at Dindoli the shree Mahavir courier services was asking the customer to reach at other Destination and collect the courier which was Sachin Surat, and this place was completely in opposite direction as well as far.
Hence after too much quarrel on call the shree Mahavir courier services brought the courier to Dindoli Surat on 31st August 2023 but by this time the items in the parcel were stale.
Because of this issue we also suffered mental issues as the courier services was continuously arguing rather than doing what they told us on 29th before sending the courier and claiming the address was not proper but as we added accurate address.
