DTDC incompetent and rude customer care

I have placed an order through ChessBazaar which delivers their packages through DTDC, on Nov 1.
On Nov 3, it reached Ahmedabad apex.
Inspite of calling multiple times, i got no response from DTDC. The customer care number takes atleast 5-10 mins to connect and everytime it connects, the agent CUTS the phone as soon as I adress my issue without asking me.
Luckily I connected with an agent who was ready to listen to me. I explained it to him that my package hasn't been delivered and there are no updates on the tracking portal. He promised me that the package will be delivered on the same day. It wasn't
The next day i called DTDC again and after waiting for more than 30 mins, i connected with an agent who didn't cut the phone. He apologized and said that the packagr would SURELY be delivered by today. it wasn't
I visited DTDC-West branch in Ahmedabad personally which is 20 mins away from my houese. I was instructed to re visit the next day, as the package will arrive at night.
The next day when i reached the branch, i was now told that the package never arrived the branch.
I am now helpless.
The DTDC customer care number takes very long to connect and we are LUCKY if we find an agent who doesn't cut the phone.
The DTDC Ahmedabad customer care numbers NEVER work, they always say "all lines of this phone are busy"
Even after visiting the branch physically i have received no help from DTDC. I have no idea where my package is.
