Courier Company - TRACKON's representative received product at Ramnagar Varanasi from us on 24th Dec'23 and they promise that it will be delivered in two days to Delhi. Due to their agent's negligence the product got derived late after many telephonic follow up on 30th Dec at 8pm.
we were not able to track the consignment online as they had shared FALSH tracking ID - 1463742487 TO US. To make available my self to receive the consignment late at night, I had to come to my office on my off day and i canceled my TWO SCHEDULED APOINMENT WITH CLINT WHICH HAS IMPACT OF MONATERY LOSS ON ME OF INR 5000/- which trackon or it's subordinate need to bear and pay to me.
