DTDC Parcel not delivered to the destination.

To whom it may concern:

I had sent a parcel (comprising of sweets and namkeen) to my cousin brother residing in Ahmedabad from the DTDC office at Infosys DC, Hinjewadi, Phase 2 , Pune on 21st March, 2017. The parcel was to be delivered on or before 25th March, 2017, i.e., Saturday. However, it has not been delivered yet. All the customer care numbers provided on the DTDC website are unresponsive. I have also dropped a mail to the DTDC customer care support e mail ID, but the response from their end has been unsatisfactory.

I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter on priority and help me in reclaiming the aforementioned amount. The consignment number is : D33940471.
