Non-delivery of my packet through Express Courier Borivali-W(Service partner M/s TRACKON COURIER)

I have sent my packet through Express Courier Borivali-W(Service partner M/s TRACKON COURIER) on 14.9.17 to Banglore, but so far the same has nt been delivered. As per tracking, it shows the packet has came out 2 times for delivery but not delivered. I tried to reach to all available nos over phone, but most of the nos. provided on site was not working/switch off/or continuously engaged. If picked up someone, tyhey are again giving some other contact no. which is not reachable. Even I have sent mail to their customer service on 20.9.17 and reminder later but no reply yet. At present I am not aware where my packet is lying and not aware whether it is misplaced or what. I am just clueless and no one is confirming about delivery. My packet contains some Ayurveda medicine for my daughter, which I wanted to send via quickest mode.
We request you to look into the matter and guide me accordingly.
