Rude behaviour of on call staff and false commitmenet

HI Team,

I have done 3 courier last week friday from your pune center, those are not delivered yet, when i call the pune person now, he speaks false that this is not the correct center, call ***** this number, and now when i dial this number this is a wrong number and does not connects.

to the gurgaon person when i call, he speaks it will be delivered sir, the portals are not uploaded on time, and then diconeected the call and did not attend the call after that.

i would never recommend this courier to any one.
