Hope you are well i just wanna tell you the whole story playback, the shoes I got in the box are different model and wrong size and returned them, as they're not compatible. In the month of November/December last year.
So I was waiting for the refund, but the refund got rejected as the Quality check has failed, after that, hours long of conversations on the phone with yiur team, I finally made them, to.reship but the reshipped item, didn't reach my home address and also point to be noted that I wasn't available at the home since lockdown till date, I don't exactly know who took the package and who the consignee is.
Please make sure that you solve my problem swiftly. So issue me with a Refund for the same, or for the least case possible issue me a GIFT CARD, for the paid amount.
