Fraud for selling fake products

I bought a HP laptop worth 31000 FROM Flipkart. After 3 days of use, it started showing sign of inferiority. Few keys stopped working randomly. Keys letter marking started to fade. Cursor moving randomly, brightness option not working etc.. it took me few days to understand what's going on and I released then that it is not original product. Flipkart has 7 days replacement policy and I called them just a day after. They are refusing to return laptop and saying that contact HP AS IT IS UNDER WARRANTY. The problem is with selling cheap quality products and fooling the customers and taking advantage of the trust. Even if I have a warranty but if a product stops working just after 3 days , it breaks the trust Moreover , what is the account of the time and efforts I have to put with HP. what is the gaurantee that the product will not detioriate. I want to file complaint against as they don't do due diligence on their seller's product quality and sell them on their site
