I Parsa Tharun Kumar purchased a product Samsung 25000 mah Power bank from book my offer @ 399 and shipping charges 149 ,COD charges 50 TOTAL amount paid 598 with Order no: 080467718231028 lodged a complaint for reverse pickup on 16th june since the product was not working there is no response from them then reinitiated my self to put another mail to customer care cc@bookmyoffer.com on 25th june but still there is no resolution.Selling not working products
