she took advance money from us and dont come for work when we called her for coming to work she makes excuses everytime and don't come. we gave her advance money because she told that she really need this for pay bills and all, and at that time i told her to dont take any leave as of now but she don t came from that day and make excauses. please take legal action on her. and in future she will not repeate this again to anyone.
