Denied from Services and Also done fraud during memebrship purchase

12:00 PM Received call from some anonymous number with information that I have been invited for a party at Hotel Marriot, Surat as I have purchased a baleno car and this party is complementary, So I have thought and decided to attend this party.
06:30 PM I reached at hotel Marriot and found that this Party has been organised by the Karma Resorts and Hospitality. Then after Mrs Nidhi (Sales Officer) sit in front of us and giving some description about her company and told us you have to give your decision before left this place in yes or no, I have denied to take the membership and told them I have some financial issues, So I can not take this membership but they are trying and trying but I denied, At last Mr. Aakash Singh (Sr. Manager-Sales) has told us you can take this membership with No cost EMI and you can cancel this any time before 45 days from purchase, After this confirmation I had purchased membership in amount of Rs. 72000 with two credit cards (ICICI-Rs. 60000 and Flipkart Axis-Rs.12000) they also told me this amount cut in emi of Rs 3500 from your account.

On 10th I had sent a message to Mrs Nidhi to cancel this membership then she told me you have received a call from head office after verification of that call She will process membership cancellation. Then I continued to follow up with her regarding this till 29th Nov, and she tried to make things round and round.

I have sent a mail to their customer care email id and they sent me mail back saying they will not going to do any cancellation or EMI conversion (mail copy attached). Then I called Mr. Aakash Singh (Sr. Manager-Sales) then he also denied his saying at the time of purchase, He told me refund will not be processed without any justified reason. Also when I told him I will do a legal complaint in the consumer forum then he told me "Jaiye Kar dijiye complaint" and showed a rude attitude towards me.

Also I have sent the legal notice to him now they are giving warning and forcing me to take legal notice then they will give me the Memebership card, Even I have done mail for this that I have taken my legal notice.

Now they are denying to give service.

I am facing so much pressure and mental issues regarding this
