We are a manufacturing company based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia
We had ordered three containers of Plastic Packaging straps from Shree Ram Packaging, (TULI OVERSEAS LLP) Tankara, Gujarat,India and made a payment through electronic means equal to half the payment as advance. Order was made 26 November 2019.Value of the order was USD 63,360 A payment of USD 31680 was made through a bank transfer. The company failed to deliver thegoods quoting a Covid situation throughout 2020 and 2021 Even after repeated requests and a personal visit the company has failedto give any response what-so-ever via email or phone call Now they have even stopped attending to our phone calls
