Hello Sir/Madam,
I am Matin Dalal from Axxeum India Pvt. Ltd. (Add-713 New Pachha Peth, Ashok Chowk, Solapur, Maharashtra.) We are engaged in soft drink manufacturing business since 2 years in Solapur. As per our business need we ordered automatic label machine, automatic capping machine and batch coding machine to Veer Pharmaceutical - (Vimal Mevda 8160235968 and champaklal mevda 8141939696 add- Gopal Charan industrial estate, opp the grand thakar, S.P Ring Road, Odhav, Ahemdabad 382415) in amount of 3.50 lakh. As per our deal (proof attached) we first deposit half amount 1.70 lakh in veer pharmaceutical current account on 2 October 2023 (proof attached). after payment he postpones machine delivery. When I told him about the legal action? He sent me one of the three machines which was the scrap machine which was the program. Then I returned that machine and asked to give me a new machine, then after two months he sent a machine which is also not working yet and he will refund the payment for the remaining two machines. He said so but till date he has not returned any amount. My request to you please help me for refund my full amount and take strict legal action against those fraud persons.
