Irregular Emi attempt from day 1 have visited the branch and met branch manager Ms. :- Femina Teti, she has agreed to the mistake done by their branch in front of SM Mr. Sanket, however issue was not rectified and have charge twice the EMI

1 :- on 20th on each month
2 :- on 25th on each month.

since the attempt done by the bank my Cibil has impacted and have been charge bouncing charge from my HDFC bank for which have been charge of 2000/- in total.

need a refund of ECS charge which was charge from the bank need LATE payment fees to be refunds also need reimbursement for mental harrasement of 10lacs.
