Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Yesterday I got a call from an employment agency called "The Perfect Job". I paid Rs. 2899 and Rs. 7078 to them. They told me Rs. 2899 is registration fees and Rs. 7078 is refundable amount.
But afterwards they were also telling me to pay Rs. 12000 further, saying that this amount will also get refunded, which i told them that i will not pay any money further.
Today morning they told me that your job application is in process and also you have not paid the pending amount of Rs. 12000, you need to wait for more than 30 days for getting a refund.

I request you to please provide me with the appropriate solution for the above matter. Please do the needful.
