I had ordered a MI earbuds from Amazon.in on 20th October, 2020. Order number
406-1783268-6551506 .
I waited for more than a month and finally when I did not receive the item, I asked them specifically to refund the item.But instead the wrong refund amount was initiated which I received in my account. I called again and informed that I recieved a refund for a bag which I had received and not of the headphone. I informed them I recieved less to the tune of Rs.588.
Afterwards the same amount was refunded to Amazon pay account which I don't use.
I called again and I was informed that I have to register by adding KYC online to use the amount .
I tried to register but there is no way to upload the same.
I feel frustrated, cheated, traumatised and harrassed and have to beg to get my own money.
