A medical test vendor has done fraud by misinforming about the report time

My name is Komal. Neelu, who is a vendor for Healthians App which is for blood collection & tests, took my details, made a profile & booked the test on Saturday, Feb 3. On Feb 4, Sunday the blood sample was collected. Neelu told me that the report will arrive on Monday, Feb 5 late evening. The report did not come. I had to miss my Paid Doctor appointment because of this. From Monday till Thursday, she kept making excuses about technical difficulty & confirmed that i will my report by Thursday, Feb 8. When calling her on Thursday, she told me that the report now will come as Hard Copy & this is protocol. She didn’t inform about this any other time all week! She said that the hard copy will be delivered to my address by Friday, Feb 9 by 1:00 pm. She stopped picking my phone & is not available. While calling the Healthians App Customer Care, they are saying it will be delivered within 24-48 hours!!! The reports are critical & i have been harassed enough! I have missed a process of Pre-paid IVf service bh a month because of her mistake.
