I purchased a kenstar geyser (10 litres JACUZZI) on 12-october-2015 with 2 year complete warranty and 6 year tank warranty. My geyser was not working from 20 september 2017. I lodged a complaint which was 2 times closed without any checking. Then I lodged a complaint on 4-sept-2017. The complaint number id 0410170179. Till date i.e. 11-11-2017 the complaint has not been resolved despite of my several calls. Every time they reply that the part to be changed is pending at the other end. I am facing a lot of problem because of this. I want the product to be replaced with a new one if it can not be repaired as this is not my problem
