On January 12th 2017 I bought the vehicle. from day one the vehicle hand vibration is very high. I informed all Royal Enfield Officials Dealer Point, Kerala Team and National Team too. But nobody gave me a call yet now. They are ignoring our mail and calls. So please help me. Around 80% of Royal Enfield Classic 350CC owners are facing the complaint who bought the vehicle after 2015. But nobody is having time or guts to followup, some people like me is taking as a serious matter. Around 60 RE owners are with me now. Hope you people can help me in this issue. I have bought Royal Enfield Classic 350 (BLACK) recently from your Company Authorized Dealer SS Motors, Kannur, Kerala and would like to bring to your notice certain defects of the vehicle first of all it vibrates so much that the Mirror Vision (which is safety issue) is very difficult and overtaking of other vehicles cannot be observed. Secondly due to the vibration of the vehicle many of my friends who are using the same model vehicle have complaint of Joint pain, Back pain, Spondylitis etc. I bought the vehicle because of its attraction, driving comfort, stability etc. but now when I drive I feel sick due to the vibration of the vehicle. Due to these complaints it will affect your vehicle market too. Further the manufacturer dose not provides us all the necessary Safety Accessories like Crash Guard, Indicator Buzzer which is most required. I hope you will take the matter seriously and take action immediately.
