I , Dipan Roy was purchased a new flat (Flat no. 2) of a building named IDLE PARK which registration was done on dtd. 16.3.2018 (Deed no. I-1106-02285/2018) from Mohan Dandapat & Champa Rani Gayen which is at LIC More, Vill.-Basudebpur, P.O.- Khanjanchak, Dist.- Purba Medinipur, Pin-721602. P. S. - Durgachak, Haldia
This is the Ground floor + 4 storied building. Builders was violated several fire & safety rules. There is no fire fighting system was installed.
Even also the stair is fully open condition in each floor. If any incident took place in the building premises then who will take responsibility? Due to this reason theft can be done by the outsiders any time from building.
Several times informed to builder to provide at least basic fire & safety arrangements for the building but he is not showing any interest regarding safety matter .
Also the following service are till now not provided
1. Car parking area
2. Separate electric meter for common space
3. Outer wall not painted
4. Central cable line and telephone line
5. NOC from fire
