Money not refunded by google pay

This is regarding on transaction done at reliance smart bhiwadi (capital mall) through Google pay but payment did not realized to reliance. So I did another transaction and it was successful. My account was debited twice. As per assurance from reliance and google money of 1st transaction should reverse to my accound within 3 working days but even after 4 months I did not received my money back.
