I have joined MCA course in 2015 and my student ID is 2015000536. I have completed all my exams and the project works, assignments. I have passed in everything as well. I have received my marksheets hard copy as well.
I am trying to get my degree certificate since long ago, but there is no response for any of my email. I have tried the below contact numbers since it is mentioned in your website, but nobody has never responded from this number.

I cannot come to the university and ask for it since I am not in India and that is why we are choosing distance education. I paid my money and I know my rights. I lost offers because of I have do not have PG degree certificate which I have completed.
I need the explanation for the same and the solution for it. I need my degree certificate immediately.
