I received a wrong product from MEESHO... Of amount rs. 971/- Which was not ordered by me and even they used my name address I raised a complaint about this on MEESHO..for refund and I didn't receive any resolution from them it's been more than 1.5 month and even these guys are not providing any resolution and not taking action....i have already returned that parcel to them because when I raised a complaint they told me that give that parcel to us and we will initiate your refund within 3-5 business days... And after that I received a email for generating ticket ID or complaint ID but now also nothing happened... I called many times mailed many times but I didn't receive any resolution from them. ...i need that amount and however I want proper resolution from those guys... For harassment and trauma to my family... I'll not let them go. However I am sharing screenshot of all the recordings and pictures of requesting call from them but they are not calling... Today after dropping an email they just call me ...and they are calling me continuously and I am repeating the same thing again and again... But just before this these guys are not even calling me and not taking any action. Further this I have all proofs and all recordings of this matter.

Meesho not refunding amount by Prity:

I have ordered three sarees from meesho, worth 4700.. I have recieved two wrong sarees and one one saree is missing, but meesho people are marking me as fraud instead of their mistakes, reason being I have returned many products before.
Yes I have returned because quality is not upto the mark
Now after repeated calls, prrofs, mails they r mentioning that they can't help naything
